How to use CBD
HOW TO TAKE CBD:First, consider what part of your body is in need of treatment because, in order for this helpful molecule to be effective, it must get to where it’s needed. If your pain is located on your skin or muscles, or bones, you could first try a localized product like topical creams, lotions or patches, which delivers the highest concentration of CBD exactly where you want it.Otherwise, CBD needs to travel through your digestive system and bloodstream to reach where it’s headed, Always apply the oils under your tongue as it is absorbed into your body better.
Options for useing include edibles, topicals, oil, or capsules.
CBD OILS: As with any medication that you start to use, you first need to know what dosage is best for you. Because no one person is the same it's best to start out on a lower Milligram amount.
With each dropper, it contains 35 to 40 drops or 1mg. So to calculate this you take the mg total in the bottle and divide it by how many mg are in the bottle. So, for instance, you have a 1000mg bottle that contains 30ml (1000/30+= would be 33mg in each dropper) So if you take 2 droppers a day that's 66mg. If you don't feel that it's working enough for you, increase the mg dosage after a week and keep increasing it until you feel that it's enough. Once you get your mg to the point you're comfortable with then you can buy the right mg bottle that will be good for you. That way your not spending too much money on the wrong mg's. It's not recommended to start out with the higher amount until you know how your body will react with CBD.
CBD Edibles: The primary difference between edibles and tinctures is the length of time the CBD takes to kick in. With a tincture, you are looking at around 5 to 15 minutes before you notice the effects of CBD working on your system. With an edible, the timeframe is usually much longer. An edible can take anywhere from 30 minutes to two hours to kick in. A variety of factors can affect how you and the edible is processed in the body. This leads to considerable variation from user to user. The great thing about edibles is that it is just as easy to see how many milligrams you need for it to work for you.
CBD Topicals: The great thing about topical creams is that you can relieve pain within a shorter period because it's applied to the area that needs it. You should feel results with the topicals within 5 to 15 minutes.
